The East Halmahera Regional Government Content Management System (CMS) is an integrated platform designed to streamline and standardize digital content management across various departments and official portals. It aims to create an efficient, secure, and accessible digital ecosystem for the public.

As the lead developer, I was responsible for designing and building the CMS foundation using Laravel and Filament, implementing it for various purposes, including:

• Halmahera Timur Web Portal: The primary information gateway for the regional government.
• BKPSDA Department Website: A platform for personnel and administrative development information.
• Food Security Department Website (Disketapang): A portal for food security information.
• DPMPTSP Website: A system for integrated licensing services.
• SPBE Monitoring and Evaluation System: A dashboard to track progress in Electronic-Based Government Systems.

The platform enables department administrators to manage their site content independently through a centralized, modern, and responsive admin panel. The result is a cohesive, manageable digital ecosystem that delivers public information quickly and accurately.
